01. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AXEMOVA’s website and your engagement with our services. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or proceed with a service.
Where a written proposal, quotation, service agreement or project specification has been accepted by both parties, that document may define additional requirements, deliverables, timelines, fees and responsibilities for the relevant project.
02. Our Services
AXEMOVA provides digital and technology services, which may include:
- Computer programming and software development

- Digital consulting and technology strategy
- Business web hosting and related technical support
- Search engine optimization
- Graphic designing and optimization
- Website, digital and business technology solutions
- Maintenance, troubleshooting and support services
- Brand, strategy and identity services
The exact services available, scope and deliverables depend on the requirements agreed for each project.
03. Project Scope & Requirements
Before work begins, the project scope should be established as clearly as reasonably possible. This may include the requested features, pages, designs, integrations, content, technical requirements, deliverables and estimated timeframe.
Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require additional fees or a revised timeline.
04. Pricing & Payment
Prices may vary depending on project complexity, scope, features, technical requirements, revisions, hosting requirements and other applicable factors.
- Payment terms will be communicated before the relevant work begins.
- Some projects may require an upfront deposit or milestone payment.
- Work may be paused where an agreed payment is overdue.
- Third-party charges, provider fees, domain fees, hosting fees, transaction fees or other external costs may apply where relevant.
- A payment confirmation or receipt should be retained by the customer.
Available payment methods may include electronic payment options such as card payments or bank transfer, depending on the applicable checkout or payment arrangement.
05. Delivery, Review & Revisions
Delivery timelines depend on project size, complexity, client feedback, availability of required materials and third-party dependencies.
Where revisions are included, they should remain within the agreed project scope. New features, substantial redesigns or changes to an approved direction may be considered additional work.
The customer is responsible for reviewing deliverables and communicating required corrections within the agreed review period, where one is specified.
06. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services
Some projects may depend on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, APIs, plugins, software platforms or other external infrastructure.
AXEMOVA does not control the availability, pricing, policies, performance or continued operation of third-party services. Third-party terms and charges may apply separately.
Hosting performance and availability can be affected by infrastructure, traffic, software, configuration, security incidents or circumstances outside reasonable control.
07. Client Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and the materials reasonably required to complete a project.
- Provide accurate business, contact and project information.
- Provide content, logos, images and other materials that you have the right to use.
- Review and approve project work in a timely manner.
- Keep account credentials and sensitive information secure.
- Do not request work that violates applicable law or infringes another party’s rights.
Customers should never send passwords, payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive credentials through ordinary email or unsecured communication.
08. Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of materials they lawfully provide to AXEMOVA for a project, subject to any separate agreement.
Ownership or usage rights for newly created project deliverables depend on the agreed project terms and applicable payment status. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets, plugins, libraries and other components may remain subject to their own licenses.
AXEMOVA may retain ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable code, frameworks, methods, templates, know-how and general technical components unless otherwise agreed in writing.
09. Privacy & Data
Information submitted through the website or during a project may be handled according to AXEMOVA’s Privacy Policy. Customers should review the Privacy Policy for information about data collection, use, protection and related matters.
You should only provide information that is necessary for the relevant service and should avoid sending confidential credentials unless a secure and appropriate process has been specifically established.
10. Refunds & Cancellation
Refund requests, cancellations and related matters are handled according to the applicable AXEMOVA Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific written project agreement.
Because digital services may involve work already performed, customized deliverables, reserved resources or third-party costs, eligibility for a refund may depend on the circumstances and applicable policy.
For details, please review the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
AXEMOVA will make reasonable efforts to provide services professionally and according to the agreed scope. However, digital services can depend on third-party platforms, infrastructure, internet connectivity, client systems and other factors outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AXEMOVA will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of a service or website.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
12. Suspension & Termination
AXEMOVA may suspend or terminate access to a service where there is a serious breach of these Terms, non-payment, misuse of services, unlawful activity or another legitimate reason.
Customers may request cancellation of a service subject to the applicable project agreement, payment terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
AXEMOVA may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology or legal requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised update date. Continued use of the website or services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
