01. Nature of Our Services
AXEMOVA provides digital and technology services rather than conventional physical products. Our services may include computer programming, data processing and integrated system design, digital consulting, business web hosting, search engine optimization, graphic design and optimization, maintenance and support, and brand and strategy identity services.
Because these services are primarily digital, there is normally no physical parcel, courier shipment or shipping charge associated with an order.
02. How Digital Services Are Delivered
Depending on the service, delivery may occur through one or more of the following methods:
Website Deployment
Completed website work may be deployed to the agreed hosting environment or made available through the customer’s website.
Electronic Files
Designs, graphics, documents, source files or other agreed deliverables may be provided electronically.
Email Delivery
Project updates, documents, instructions or other deliverables may be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
Account / Access Delivery
Where applicable, access details or invitations may be provided for an agreed digital platform or service.
03. Delivery Methods
The delivery method will depend on the type of service and the agreed project scope. AXEMOVA may use secure electronic transfer, email, website deployment, cloud-based delivery, project platforms or other suitable digital methods.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and the information reasonably necessary to complete delivery.
04. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time depends on the service, project complexity, scope, required content, technical requirements, customer feedback and third-party dependencies.
- Simple digital deliverables may be completed within the timeframe communicated for the service.
- Custom development projects may require a longer implementation period.
- Hosting or website deployment depends on the required configuration and availability of required access.
- Design and branding projects may include review and revision stages before final delivery.
- Delays caused by missing customer information, late approvals or third-party services may affect the estimated delivery timeframe.
Where a specific delivery date is agreed in writing, that date will be considered in accordance with the applicable project terms.
05. Project-Based Delivery
For custom projects, delivery may occur in stages or milestones. A project can include discovery, planning, development, review, revisions, testing and final delivery depending on the agreed scope.
Some deliverables may be provided for review before final completion. Customer approval or feedback may be required before the next stage can begin.
06. Hosting, Domains & Website Deployment
For business web hosting and website projects, delivery may involve connecting a domain, configuring DNS, setting up hosting, deploying website files and enabling relevant website functionality.
Website availability can depend on hosting providers, domain registrars, DNS propagation, third-party services, internet connectivity and other infrastructure outside AXEMOVA’s direct control.
Where a customer already has hosting, the customer may need to provide the appropriate access or complete required actions before deployment can be completed.
07. Customer Responsibilities
To avoid unnecessary delivery delays, customers should provide accurate information and required materials in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate contact and project information.
- Provide required website content, images, logos and other materials.
- Provide appropriate technical access where deployment requires it.
- Respond to project questions and review requests within a reasonable timeframe.
- Ensure supplied materials can legally be used for the project.
Customers should not send passwords, payment card information or other unnecessary sensitive credentials through ordinary email. Where access is required, an appropriate secure method should be used.
08. Physical Shipping
AXEMOVA’s services are primarily digital and professional services. We do not generally sell or ship physical products through the website.
Accordingly, standard courier delivery, physical shipping rates, tracking numbers and physical delivery estimates do not normally apply to our services.
If a future service specifically involves a physical item, its applicable shipping terms, charges and delivery arrangements will be communicated separately before purchase.
09. Failed or Delayed Digital Delivery
If you believe a digital deliverable has not been received, please contact AXEMOVA using the support details below. We will reasonably investigate the issue and, where appropriate, resend the deliverable or provide an alternative delivery method.
Delivery can be affected by incorrect email addresses, email filtering, unavailable hosting, incorrect technical access, third-party outages or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
10. Delivery & Acceptance
A digital deliverable may be considered delivered when it has been successfully provided through the agreed delivery method, deployed to the agreed environment, or otherwise made available for customer access.
Where a project includes a review or approval stage, the customer should communicate any relevant corrections or issues within the agreed review period.
11. Refunds & Cancellation
Delivery status and refund eligibility are separate matters. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the applicable AXEMOVA Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific project agreement.
Digital work that has already been performed, customized deliverables, reserved resources or third-party costs may affect refund eligibility where permitted by applicable law and the applicable policy.
For more information, please review the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
